My approach to therapy is holistic; incorporating mind, body, spirit, community, and relationships to others. I utilize different treatment modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness,
IFS, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and EMDR to address the unique needs of those I work with.
Typical issues addressed in therapy are Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Mood Disorders, Stress Management, Parenting, Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation, Body Image Issues, Self-Esteem, Perinatal and Postpartum transitions and mood disorders, PTSD and trauma, and Personal Growth.
